It’s Friday! That means it’s time for another bumpdate! We have a busy, busy weekend ahead of us, but I’m really excited about everything we have in store. Tonight starts off with a Christmas Girls Night at my friend Molly’s – can’t wait!

Exercise: I’m keeping up with classes at Mommy Fitness. I love Prenatal Cardio & Strength and Prenatal Yoga. Both are challenging in different ways and leave me feeling great!
Maternity clothes: I finally bought some maternity jeans at A Pea in the Pod, and they have been a lifesaver. I don’t know why I avoided them as long as I did!
Belly button: Out! It’s definitely a “button” these days ;)
Sleep: I’m still sleeping pretty well and alternate between the couch and my bed.
Food cravings/aversions: I’m eating WAY too many sweets, but I’m doing my best to balance it out with healthy meals. Quinoa bowls with turkey and veggies are a favorite!
Symptoms: My lower back and tailbone hurt terribly lately. So much so that sitting is painful. Yoga is definitely helping, but I need to be better at stretching throughout the day. Being up and down with a toddler wears me down :)
Movement: Baby is super active these days! I notice the kicks, flips and flutters the most when I’m playing down on the floor with Eleanor and when I’m laying in bed at night. I love the gentle reminders from my little babe!
Labor signs: Nope
What I miss: Sleeping on my stomach still tops the list
What I’m loving: The countdown to our ultrasound next week! :)
