my favorite “mom hacks”

I think every mom learns ways to make life a little easier and a little more enjoyable. Taking care of kiddos is a full-time job, so it’s nice when products can give you a helping hand. Here are 3 of my favorite “mom hacks!”

Thanks to my partnership with Savvy Sassy Moms, I recently learned about TotSpot. They are an online retailer for discounted kids’ clothes. Whether you’re looking for a new outfit for your little one, or needing to get rid of a few items they’ve outgrown, TotSpot is a great option! You can find things brand new or gently used.

I try not to spend a whole lot of money on Eleanor’s clothes since she grows out of them rather quickly and toddler life is pretty hard on her duds. Still, it’s nice to have something a little “fancier” for special occasions.

I searched TotSpot for Lilly Pulitzer dresses (something I would never pay full price for), and found this adorable sea shell dress at more than 50% off. It has adjustable straps, so I think this will fit her well into size 3T! What an awesome bargain!

Love’illy Pie Mix

Next up is this delicious pie box from Love’illy! As much as I LOVE to bake, taking care of 2 kids means I rarely have much time to devote to the kitchen. With this mix you literally just need a pie crust and fruit – SO easy! And the results look and taste like you’re an expert chef ;)

Solly Baby Wrap

My last “mom hack” saves me pretty much on a daily basis! Baby wearing is nice with one kid, but ESSENTIAL with two! If I bring both girls and keep Everly in her carseat carrier and go grocery shopping, I can only get a loaf of bread and some eggs in my cart. I learned quickly to wear Everly and put Eleanor in the cart seat. It keeps baby calm, and I can do ALL of my shopping at once – totally a lifesaver!

I’ve tried quite a few different carriers and the Solly is by far my favorite. It’s made of a stretchy material that makes it really easy to get baby situated and comfortable. Plus, it’s lightweight and breathable (which is nice when baby’s warm little body is up against yours).

What are your favorite “mom hacks?”
