For this month’s edition of Three Cooks One Kitchen, we tackled breakfast – my favorite meal of the day! :)

Hannah found an absolutely amazing recipe for a veggie frittata, and now I’m certain I need to purchase a cast-iron pan so I can make these weekly!

The whole process was super easy – which is exactly what you’d want for a busy morning!

And in case you couldn’t tell, it turned out AMAZING! But really, how could anything with goat cheese not be wonderful?!

Three Cooks One Kitchen has only had a couple of total failures (ahem, fondue), but overall the three of us getting together to cook, chat, and laugh has been an absolutely DELICIOUS experience! And oftentimes I get to try totally new recipes that I never would have picked out myself!
